What if my flight is delayed?

Share your flight number when you book. We monitor inbound flights and move pickup to the new landing time, up to six hours from the original arrival. You still receive 60 minutes of free waiting after the new landing.

How much waiting time is included?

Zurich Airport: 60 minutes free after landing. Railway stations: 30 minutes. Hotels and private addresses: 15 minutes. After that at the airport: CHF 15 per 15 minutes.

What is the cancellation policy?

More than 24 hours before pickup: free. Between 24 and 12 hours: 50%. Less than 12 hours or no-show: 100%. Cancel in writing to [email protected] or WhatsApp.
